How we work

1. ENQUIRY

You complete our initial enquiry form giving as much detail as possible about your interests and requirements.

2. YOUR REQUIREMENTS

We liaise with you to design and book your ideal holiday in New Zealand.

3. PROPOSAL

We write a fully customised proposal for your New Zealand holiday with a quote.

4. QUOTE

Following feedback from you, the proposed itinerary is amended if necessary.

5. TRIP DEPOSIT

A deposit of 30% of the trip price is payable. If the trip is within 8 weeks, the full trip price is payable.

6. BOOKINGS

All bookings and arrangements are made for you.

7. BALANCE PAYMENT

The balance of the payment is due 10 weeks prior to the commencement of your trip.

8. ITINERARY DELIVERED

We send you a portfolio containing a personalised day to day travel itinerary booklet that includes detailed information about your accommodations, driving directions, transport arrangements, sightseeing options and activities that may have been booked for you.

9. CANCELLATION

We recommend that you take out travel insurance which we can arrange for you. Deposits are not normally refundable. All accommodation suppliers and transport operators have different cancellation policies. The final payment is not
refundable.
